Evidence of current AHPRA registration can be found in the module 4PR350.
- The Renewal Date is that where an application lodged after the date attracts an additional "late" fee. The Renewal Date is shown on the AHPRA registration.
- The De-Registration Date is ONE MONTH after the Renewal Date. Applications are NOT ACCEPTED after this date. The Doctor is de-registered and cannot practice. The Doctor needs to lodge a new application for registration. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
